“This piece was commissioned by the Flaming Pines label as part of their Tiny Portraits series. On August 22nd, 2016, I went up on Ramberget, a large hill close to where I lived back then, to do some field recordings for this piece. When I later listened through the material, I discovered recurring high frequency noises throughout the recordings. Perhaps it was merely radio waves, or perhaps someone was trying to tell us something?”
